MYSTERY EXPRESSED AS YOU

The mystery of Godliness is that we as sons/daughters become the manifestation of God (That’s what sons are). We came, so to speak out of the womb of the trinity. We have been re-incorporated into the Family that is God by the enterprise of God. ‘God was in Christ reconciling the world to Himself.’ In Jesus you are embraced by the trinitarian communion that is God.

IN YOU
‘Anyone who loves me will obey my teaching. My Father will love them, and we will come to them and make our home with them’ John 14.23 NIV.

In Jesus we have been made one with God, not notionally or poetically but one in spirit and in truth. We are bone of Jesus’ bone and flesh of His flesh – in the flesh and in the spirit. This is us as the Bride of Christ. We came out of His second Adam side at the resurrection and we are the manifestation of Jesus by the Spirit.

THE BODY OF CHRIST
This is what it means to be part of the body of Christ. It is real, spiritual, physical and your new covenant state of being. Jesus is woven into the human race. In Jesus we are woven into the fellowship of God. In Jesus we and the trinity are woven together. This is what it means to be whole, to be sons and to be the church Jesus builds without human hands.
BE ONE
‘On that day you will realize that I am in my Father, and you are in me, and I am in you’ John 14.20. The day we are born again is not the day we adopt a new set of morals. It’s the day we exchange religion for Christ our life. The Kingdom Jesus began is not a religion. It’s an incarnation.
REJECT INSULATION
The manifestation of Jesus as you and I is direct. You are the expression of Him. Directly. Insulate yourself from Him by law, religion or any other self-made paraphernalia and you dull His life in you.
This is why we are in the Spirit and not in the law. By the Spirit we are one with Jesus, Father and Holy Spirit. They are not somewhere else waiting on sacraments and observances to be activated. They are in you and become you. Seeking your salvation with fear and trembling is not a legal pursuit. The major fruit of the Spirit is you. It’s living in the mystery of Christ come in our flesh – an offence to some and a threat to many who have made a career from hawking their particular brand of religion.
FULL GOSPEL
Jesus is not a diluted law-setup. He expresses Himself as you. This is the meaning of Christ come in your flesh. So mysterious and real is this fact that the Enemy pits every power to dilute and negate it with religious motions, stances, rites, observances and humbugs.
To live in the simplicity of Christ our life is a joy to you and a threat to many. They will think you are ungodly because their religiosity is the only scraps of God they have.
EGGS AND EAGLES
All Believers are eagles but many never get beyond being eggs.  ‘Humbug’ can have a special appeal to the religious mind. The more effete and convoluted the humbug the more it may be valued by the addicts of religion who seize upon it and invest it with all kinds of wonderful qualities – all of which could be gained freely and without effort by short circuiting this usage and allowing ourselves to be absorbed in the simple efficacy of CHRIST OUR LIFE.
Professor T. F. Torrance wrote, “One cannot pass without interruption from Christ to the Church. The Cross stands between. In being the Body of Christ, the Church meets her Lord; she does not prolong Him, but she expresses Him here and now. She does not replace Him, but makes Him visible, demonstrates Him without being confounded with Him.” 
YOU AS KINGDOM AGENT
You are the expression of Christ. As the Body we are the manifestation of His person in fullness and variety. This is Christ come in the flesh as you and all of us. It is the new creation advancing in the world. This is the church Jesus builds without human hands. It is the hope of an increasingly chaotic world.
